We’ve done all the heavy lifting behind the scenes. From the moment you’re onboarded as a customer, your journey with AI-powered assistance is ready to begin.

Seamless Onboarding: SharePoint and Teams Integration

Once you’ve joined as a customer, the M365 Chatbuddy SharePoint App and Microsoft Teams App are automatically installed within your environment. We’ve designed our solution so that your tenant becomes a trusted visitor to our AI backend. This means your users will be able to query our powerful AI model directly, without accessing your data or the open internet.

Security First: Protecting Your Data

We understand that security is of paramount importance to your organisation — and it’s central to our design. M365 Chatbuddy will never post, read, or access any of the data within your tenant. When a user asks a question, the system first checks to ensure it’s a valid Microsoft 365-related query. Once qualified, it directly queries our AI model and returns the correct answer with helpful suggestions, all without touching your organisation’s data.
